Event Services Plus

This is the enhanced version of our Professional Event Services. One Greater Giving consultant will offer pre-event consultation, as well as attend one fundraising event for your organization and provide the following services: 

  • Pre-Event: Discuss details of event up to a week prior to event date.
  • Assist with Data Entry as needed.
  • Arrive 6 hours prior to event registration for a logistics review.
  • Perform Event Software check prior to event.
  • Train volunteers/staff on using Auctionpay Terminals or Card Readers.
  • Train volunteers/staff on the Event Software for the smoothest Check In and Checkout possible.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout your event.
  • Stay at your event until Checkout.
  • Print Reports as requested.
  • Post Event: Discuss event results and offer suggestions for improvements (if requested).
