To change any of the contacts that we have listed for your organization, please contact us through the Support Chat or email us at . These contacts determine who receives statements, who is authorized to request financial information, and even who we reach out to about event management!

Need to Change Organization’s Name, Tax ID?

If your organization goes through a name change, or the Tax ID needs to be changed, you can email us at to have that change go into effect. Please note that this name is how Greater Giving tracks your organization in our own records.


Need to Update Banking Information?

In order to accurately and quickly change the banking information we have on file for your Organization, please use our along Fax Cover Sheet with a voided check or a letter from your bank confirming your account. For notes on our policies, please see the fax cover sheet for specific requirements of the check and or letter.

You can use our direct, secure fax line at 503.597.0580 to get the process started.  Greater Giving will not accept Banking Changes that have been emailed in at this time.


Need to Update Address Information?

For address updates, please email with the following information:

  • Organization Name
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Old Address
  • New Address
  • Physical or Mailing?

Once we have this information, we can begin the process of updating your address in our records. Please note this can take up to 2 business days.
