To change any of the contacts that we have listed for your organization, please contact us through the Support Chat or email us at email@example.com . These contacts determine who receives statements, who is authorized to request financial information, and even who we reach out to about event management!

Need to Change Organization’s Name, Tax ID?
If your organization goes through a name change, or the Tax ID needs to be changed, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have that change go into effect. Please note that this name is how Greater Giving tracks your organization in our own records.
Need to Update Banking Information?
In order to accurately and quickly change the banking information we have on file for your Organization, please use our Fax Cover Sheet with a voided check or a letter from your bank confirming your account. For notes on our policies, please see the fax cover sheet for specific requirements of the check and or letter.
- Access our Online Agreements site in order to upload your voided check/bank letter.
- Click Upload Documents, and use the Choose File button to select your document to upload (must be a PDF or .JPG file).
- Click Send File to send us your updated information.
- A confirmation will be displayed on screen of the received file, no need to progress further.
Note: This site has unique credentials separate from Greater Giving Online. If you cannot remember your username or password, Create a New Account and enter in as much Organization information as possible. We will link the new account with your Organization.
Alternatively, you can use our direct, secure fax line at 503.597.0580 to get the process started. Greater Giving will not accept Banking Changes that have been emailed in at this time.

For address updates, please email email@example.com with the following information:

- Contact Name:
- Contact Phone Number:
- Old Address:
- New Address:
- Physical or Mailing?
Once we have this information, we can update your address in our records. It should take approximately 1 business day.
