Allocating Admissions in Go Time

If you are on Step 2 of Check-In for Go Time and there are no admissions allocated to the guest, you have a few options available. See below for more information:

ComplimentaryIf you are using Bookkeeping Admissions, or want to provide a Complimentary Ticket to a guest, you can use this option.

  1. Click Complimentary.
  2. Enter the number of admissions to add, they will automatically be allocated.
  3. Click Add Admissions.

  4. Click the Checkin box next to each guest’s name you are checking in. You may select only one member of a household, if needed.
    • Use Details to update Group, Table, Meal, Email, or Mobile Number.
    • Use Guest Info to update Address, Bidder Number, Phone, and Email.
  5. Click Next to proceed to Step 3 of Check-In.

Sell New Admission - If you need to sell a new admission  to a guest - for example a Walk-in:

  1. Click Sell New.
  2. Choose the Admission Package by name or number.
  3. Enter the Sale Quantity.
    • The Price and Admissions to Allocate should fill on their own
  4. Click Sell Admission.

  5. Click the Checkin box next to each guest’s name you are checking in. You may select only one member of a household, if needed.
    • Use Details to update Group, Table, Meal, Email, or Mobile Number.
    • Use Guest Info to update Address, Bidder Number, Phone, and Email.
  6. Click Next to proceed to Step 3 of Check-In.

Use Existing - If this attendee is the guest of another - for example a Sponsor's guest:

  1. Click Use Existing.
  2. Type the Purchaser’s name or bid number.
  3. Check a box for each Available Admission your guests will use (e.g. one for a single admission, two boxes for couples).
  4. Click Use.

  5. Click the Checkin box next to each guest’s name you are checking in. You may select only one member of a household, if needed.
    • Use Details to update Group, Table, Meal, Email, or Mobile Number.
    • Use Guest Info to update Address, Bidder Number, Phone, and Email.
  6. Click Next to proceed to Step 3 of Check-In.
